Erika,Jeff,Cohen & New York 2017

Taking time out to go see Erika and Cohen

We decided that when Netty was in Canada with some friends it would be a good time for me to go off to New Your and spend some time with Erika and Cohen, but when we looked into tickets they were cheaper two weeks before her trip so now I am back before she goes.
I had a good time, we went to the Central Park Zoo, Bronx Zoo, Baseball game, and a Broadway show.


I have a lot of pictures of Cohen but like Erika has told me its hard to get one of him looking at the camera so I will just put some in here.





I would like to say this is my favorite bridge in Central park but there are so meany it would be hard to say but this is a nice one.




 

Central Park is one of my favorite places in New York City and I have like 350 pictures from this trip  so I will add more later.

For some reason when we got to the beach the tide was way in and the waves were as big as I have ever seen. It was cold and the beach was covered with frost. La Center Wetlands

Because we have had so much rain and snow this year we have a new lake in LaCenter ( Lake LaCenter ), the sun was out today and 55 degress, I had to go down to see it.  I walk on this bridge each week when I walk the trail on the LaCenter bottoms.

More pictures of our visit to my Brothers in Utah

Cats, Reservoirs, Dams and Mountains. I have pictures of a short day trip Rick took us on up to see some of the lakes and mountains up around the area where he lives, had a good trip it would be nice to have had a boat to do some fishing. Rick had like 5 kittens at the house and I think they got most of the attention then anyone , had a good time with them and I wanted to bring one home with me and if Kari had her way we would have had one. There was more then just gray cats but I liked them the most. They rented out boats cabins at the lake, it would make a nice vacation  It was almost to much for Rick to walk up from the parking lot he had to take a rest stop. This was a cool dam, the water was low on the back side we were hopping to see the water flowing over that middle area, Netty and found it interesting that they built this dam here that has no way to generate power.
